Intel Agencies Delhi, Assam and Punjab have been put on high alert after security agencies warned that a group of six terrorists led by a former Pakistani soldier have crossed into India through the Pathankot border in Punjab. The terrorists could try and hit "hotels and hospitals" during Holi tomorrow, the alert has warned.

Ban On Diesel Cabs Stays For Now

Delhi Requests 2 Days To Submit Plan As protests by taxi owners crippled traffic in Delhi for the second straight day, the state government has asked the Supreme Court for two more days to submit a detailed roadmap on how to phase out diesel cabs from the city. A Supreme Court order has pulled 30,000 cabs off the road because they run on diesel or petrol and not greener.
